Established in 2018 as an unregistered daily contribution scheme, Klassic Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd has grown from its grassroots origins to become a thriving force in empowering individuals, particularly market women, in meeting their daily business and household responsibilities. Recognizing the need for financial inclusivity and expanding its horizons, the cooperative officially established a physical office in the vibrant Agege area of Lagos State, Nigeria, in 2021.
Evolution to Real Estate Investment
What began as a simple savings initiative has evolved into a dynamic cooperative that recognizes the potential for collective strength in real estate investments. In response to the growing interest from retail members, our innovative President introduced monthly contributions, opening the doors for corporate bodies and organizations to join forces and invest collaboratively in real estate ventures.
Formal Recognition
In 2023, Klassic Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd achieved official registration with the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Cooperative. This milestone solidifies our commitment to facilitating real estate investment opportunities for individuals across the income spectrum.
